Blueprint Wealth Charity Poker Night Raises $3,824

Blueprint Wealth held its first ever Charity Poker Night on Saturday, the 12^th of November, 2016. The team is pleased to share they raised $3,824 for our supporting partner, Cancer Council Western Australia.

This is the first year Blueprint Wealth has hosted a Charity Poker Night. Brad Martin, Financial Advisor and event organiser, said “The Charity Poker Night was a great opportunity for us to catch up with friends, have fun and raise money for all types of cancers. We are pleased to support this fantastic event and be part of raising funds towards achieving a cancer-free future for our community.”

In 2014, Blueprint Wealth formed a new partnership as Major Sponsor with Cancer Council Western Australia. The partnership with Cancer Council WA is important and meaningful to the team at Blueprint Wealth. We have been providing pro-bono financial advice for the last several years to individuals who are going through cancer treatment and have seen first-hand the challenges that people face during this time. Our team is committed to continuing to provide this advice and support.

If you consider yourself semi-financially literate then these guys wont tell you anything you dont already know. Their advice boiled down to move all of your super, shares and cash into AMP products.

For anyone who doesnt know AMP has a long habit of over charging and under performing. They also have a history of charging their customers for no service performed, or continuing to charge fees on deceased customer accounts.

My advice is find a decent accountant and do some reading of your own

Busy lives, shifting priorities and endless Ta-Dah lists don't particularly lend themselves to seeking financial advice. It's so easy to let things slide. Sure, one could think hard sell but in this instance, nothing could be further from the truth.
