AMP Financial Planning congratulates Blueprint Wealth for their outstanding achievement in being a national finalist of the 2015 AMP Financial Planning Practice of the Year award. This award recognises a practice that has demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, operational excellence, superior
client service, advice delivery and implementation.

History

2016 will mark Blueprint Wealth’s 15th anniversary as an AMP Financial Planning accredited practice.  Blueprint Wealth is a team of 27 professionals which has been operating in Western Australia since 2001.

The offices are based in WA with a footprint that extends nationally. The financial advisory team travels extensively to remote areas of WA, the Northern Territory and New South Wales to meet with corporate and retail clients to provide financial advice and education.

Founded by co-owner and director David Baruffi, Blueprint Wealth is ahead of the game when it comes to running a successful financial planning practice. Over the past 15 years, the business has grown to a team of 27 professionals that operates out of Western Australia and also services clients nationally.

At the core of Blueprint Wealth’s service offering is a belief in providing strategic advice that meets the needs, circumstances and risk profile of each client. The practice takes a holistic approach to financial planning that involves working with clients to identify their financial and lifestyle needs throughout the stages of their life and building a strong and enduring relationship with each individual. The team seeks to continuously improve our client service delivery and have embedded this approach and vision across the business.

Blueprint Wealth is passionate about the ongoing mentoring of staff with a program which provides a career path for new employee graduates to develop into qualified, client-focused financial planners. So in addition to a Financial Planner, each client is appointed an Associate Financial Planner who coordinates all aspects of their plan to ensure a seamless client experience.

Client and employee engagement are both growing, with regular surveys being carried out by independent specialist companies. This has helped Blueprint Wealth to understand what is working and where the opportunities for improvement lie with many of the suggestions they have received being implemented.
